As we monitor the evolving U.S. tariff environment, we want to update you on how these changes will affect new orders placed with us starting April 21, 2025, and the steps we are taking to mitigate the impact on your business.

Significant tariffs have recently been imposed on a wide range of imported goods. These tariffs have increased the landed cost of many items, some substantially, impacting the overall cost of doing business. In response, and after careful consideration, we will be applying an ongoing 10% surcharge on all new orders placed on or after April 21, 2025. This surcharge is necessary to help offset these additional costs and ensure the continued availability of our products.

To address these changes while continuing to deliver the quality and service you expect, we are implementing several key cost-management strategies immediately and in the long term:

• Actively pursuing alternative sourcing and evaluating new manufacturing partners outside high-tariff regions.

• Exploring new product formats and supply chain innovations to reduce long-term tariff exposure.

• Working closely with our vendors to negotiate cost reductions wherever possible.
